By purchasing, downloading, or using the product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth below.
First: Product Description
The NAVIGATE® Career Interest Cards are an interactive professional tool developed to assist practitioners in the fields of career coaching, career guidance, career development, human resources, education, and recruitment in facilitating deeper and more meaningful career conversations with clients, students, job seekers, and employees.
The tool is designed to support the exploration of career interests through a practical and conversational approach. It is not a diagnostic assessment, psychological report, or a substitute for the professional judgment of the practitioner.
Second: Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to the NAVIGATE® Career Interest Cards are exclusively owned by Amira Mayoof.
These rights include, but are not limited to:
- The product name.
- The concept and methodology of the tool.
- The card designs.
- The card content.
- The User Guide.
- The Results Template.
- Digital files.
- Graphic designs.
- Images and illustrations.
- The presentation format.
- Explanatory text.
- Any materials or files associated with the product.
- Any future updates, revisions, or new editions of the product.
The product has been officially registered with the competent authority for copyright and intellectual property protection under Registration No. 2026/2107/364/أ.
No part of this product may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, or otherwise used in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of the copyright owner.
Third: Nature of Purchase
When purchasing NAVIGATE® Career Interest Discovery Cards, the purchaser does not acquire any intellectual property rights to the product.
The purchase grants the purchaser only:
A limited right to use the product.
It does not grant:
Ownership rights, the right to copy, resell, or redistribute the product.
All intellectual property and commercial rights remain fully reserved by Amira Mayouf.
Fourth: Individual Use License
The purchaser is granted an individual license to use the product solely by themselves.
This license allows the purchaser to:
- Use the cards in their professional or educational sessions.
- Use the tool with clients, students, job seekers, or employees.
- Use the practitioner guide to understand the application steps.
- Use the results template during sessions.
- Print a personal copy of the electronic files if the purchased version permits this.
- Retain the files for the purchaser’s personal and private professional use only.
This license does not allow:
- Sharing the files with others.
- Sending the files via email, WhatsApp, or any other means.
- Uploading the files to the internet, training platforms, or communication groups.
- Copying or reproducing the product.
- Reselling the product or any part of it.
- Distributing the cards or templates as an independent product.
- Modifying the design or content.
- Removing the name of Amira Mayouf, the NAVIGATE® logo, or any rights notice.
- Using the product to create a similar or derivative product.
- Presenting the tool as being designed or developed by another person.
- Using the product outside the scope of the granted license.
Fifth: Use of the Electronic Version
If the purchaser buys the electronic version of the NAVIGATE® Career Interest Discovery Cards, the purchaser is granted the right to download and use the files in accordance with the individual license.
The electronic version is intended for the purchaser only.
The following are not permitted:
- Sharing the download link.
- Sharing PDF files.
- Copying the files onto other individuals’ devices.
- Sending the files to participants in a workshop or training program.
- Re-uploading the files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other file-sharing platform.
- Printing multiple copies for distribution or sale.
- Modifying or redesigning the files.
- Converting the files into a new training or commercial product.
Purchasing the electronic version does not mean ownership of the product rights; it means obtaining a limited license for use only.
Sixth: Use of the Printed Version
If the purchaser buys the printed version of the NAVIGATE® Career Interest Discovery Cards, the purchaser is entitled to use the cards in their own professional or educational sessions.
The following are not permitted:
- Photographing the cards in full and reproducing them.
- Scanning the cards and converting them into an electronic version.
- Reprinting the cards.
- Selling copies of the cards.
- Distributing images of the cards or their content.
- Using the cards as a basis for creating a similar tool.
Seventh: Use in Workshops and Training Programs
The practitioner who purchased the product may use the cards during the sessions, workshops, or programs they provide, provided that the use is within the professional application of the tool and is not for the purpose of reselling or distributing the product.
The practitioner may not:
- Distribute copies of the cards to participants.
- Provide product files to participants.
- Include product files within a training package intended for sale or circulation.
- Print cards for participants without authorization.
- Train others to reproduce the tool.
- Use the tool in a way that implies that the rights belong to them.
If a training organization, institution, university, or professional center wishes to use the product with multiple practitioners, multiple branches, or as part of a large-scale program, a separate institutional license must be obtained.
Eighth: Institutional License
Institutional use is not included under the individual license.
Institutional use refers to the use of the product by:
- Universities.
- Schools.
- Career guidance centers.
- Government entities.
- Training companies.
- Human resources departments.
- Employment centers.
- Non-profit organizations.
- Any entity using the product with more than one practitioner or within an organizational framework.
Any entity wishing to use the product institutionally must contact the rights holder to obtain appropriate approval and licensing before use.
Ninth: Limitations of Tool Use
The NAVIGATE® Career Interest Discovery Cards are a supportive tool for professional dialogue and exploration.
They are not:
- A psychological test.
- A clinical diagnosis.
- A final report on the client’s personality.
- A guarantee for selecting a specific major or career.
- A substitute for professional coaching or specialized career guidance.
- A substitute for labor market research or admission or employment requirements.
The practitioner is responsible for using the tool in a professional and ethical manner while considering the client’s context, needs, and circumstances.
Tenth: Practitioner Responsibilities
When using the NAVIGATE® Career Interest Discovery Cards, the practitioner agrees to:
- Explain the purpose of the tool to the client.
- Use the tool as a means of dialogue and exploration, not as a final judgment.
- Avoid imposing a specific outcome on the client.
- Respect the confidentiality of client information.
- Consider individual and cultural differences.
- Use the results to support the client’s reflection and exploration.
- Encourage the client to connect interests with choices, values, skills, and the labor market.
- Avoid using the tool beyond the limits of their professional competence.
Eleventh: Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed on the purchase page of the website.
Amira Mayoof reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or packages at any time without prior notice.
Any subsequent price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for and confirmed before the change.
Twelfth: Product Delivery
Digital Products
After successful completion of payment, a product download link will be sent or access to the files will be provided through the email address registered during purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate email address and retaining the files after downloading them.
Printed Products
Printed products will be delivered according to the pickup or shipping options available on the website.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country, shipping company, or shipping conditions.
Thirteenth: Return and Exchange Policy
First: Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and the ability to download or access them immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final.
Refunds, order cancellations, or product exchanges are not available after the purchase is completed and access to the files has been provided.
If a technical issue prevents access to the files, the necessary support will be provided to resolve the issue.
Second: Printed Products
Printed products may only be exchanged in the following cases:
- A clear printing defect.
- Product damage during shipping.
- Receiving a product different from the one ordered.
The purchaser must contact us within no more than 7 days from the date of receipt, with photos showing the issue.
Exchanges do not include the following cases:

- Damage to the product after receipt.
