In its first phase, Inspiring Careers membership is for graduates of the Career Coaching Practitioner programme (CCCP), as the founding core of a professional community that supports their continued development after qualification.

The community gives practitioners a way to keep learning, develop their competencies, draw on the professional resources and labs, and build professional relationships with colleagues who share a commitment to the quality of career guidance and coaching.

As the community develops, admission may widen to qualified practitioners from outside the programme, under set acceptance criteria.

Questions practitioners ask

Who can join the community?

The first phase is for CCCP graduates, with the possibility of later opening to qualified practitioners from outside the programme under set acceptance criteria.

Are the practice labs monthly?

Yes. The community holds one practice lab a month, and members join the labs that fall within their membership term.

Are all NAVIGATE® tools included in the membership?

Membership includes access to the resources inside the practitioner toolbox, while licensed products and cards sold separately keep their own prices and terms.

Does the membership include Mentor Coaching sessions?

The Gold membership includes an exclusive 25% discount on eligible Mentor Coaching services, plus a one-to-one practice development session and one case review during the membership year.

What is the difference between the practice development session and Mentor Coaching?

The practice development session focuses on the practitioner’s needs, professional challenges and development steps, while Mentor Coaching focuses on developing coaching competencies according to its specific professional requirements.

Does the membership grant accredited ICF hours?

The membership is a continuing professional development community and does not by itself grant accredited continuing education hours or a professional credential, unless a specific activity is explicitly announced as accredited.

Does the membership guarantee clients or projects?

Visibility, collaboration and project opportunities are developed in future phases under readiness and quality criteria; the membership is not a guarantee of clients or projects.

Can a membership be upgraded?

An upgrade can be requested under the finance policy and the fee-difference rules set by the community management.

What happens when a membership ends?

Access to the services and resources reserved for active members stops when the membership term ends, and it can be renewed with any of the available packages.
