NAVIGATE® Digital Product License & Terms of Use

These terms apply to the digital products sold on this website as part of the NAVIGATE® tools, including the Digital Practitioner Edition of the NAVIGATE® Career Values Cards, the Practitioner Guide, the accompanying resources, and any related files.

1. Licence granted

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product in your own professional practice, in accordance with these terms.

2. Permitted use

  • Using the tool in individual sessions and group activities delivered by the purchaser personally.
  • Printing a copy for the purchaser’s own use in their sessions.
  • Keeping a backup copy for personal use.

3. Restrictions

The purchaser may not:

  • Resell, distribute or publish the files by any means.
  • Share the files or download links with other practitioners or organisations.
  • Reproduce or modify the content, or use it to create another product or tool.
  • Remove or alter any NAVIGATE® trademark, ownership notice or visual identity.
  • Use the content to train others in the methodology, or deliver training programmes based on it, without prior written permission.

4. Access to files

Once payment is complete, the files are made available through the purchaser’s account on this website, and an order confirmation email is sent. Download links are personal to the purchaser and may not be circulated.

5. Refunds

Because of the nature of digital products, they cannot be refunded or exchanged once the files have been made available, except where a technical fault prevents access and has not been resolved.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the product and its contents are owned by Ameera Mayoof. Purchase does not transfer any of these rights to the purchaser.

7. Breach of terms

Any breach of these terms terminates the licence immediately, and the right to take the necessary legal action is reserved.
