I was delighted to deliver a professional workshop titled “Create Your Career Opportunity – Strategies to Maximize Your Internship’s Benefits” organized by the Career Counselling team at the University of Bahrain.

During the session, I highlighted the importance of work ethics and essential skills required in the workplace.
I shared real-life stories of individuals who turned their internships into permanent job offers and are now in leadership positions due to their eagerness to learn and their proactive mindset.

The workshop introduced 8 key strategies to help students make the most of their internship experience, offering practical examples on how to develop hands-on skills, enhance communication abilities, build a strong professional network, and plan effectively for future career opportunities.

The students expressed that the workshop was highly beneficial and significantly contributed to improving their skills and awareness of available job opportunities. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many stating that it was an inspiring experience.
