Through many consultations and professional development sessions, Amira Mayoof has been able to inspire many of her clients to learn about their passion, choose an academic specialization and the right career path, understand their abilities and skills, professional values, and the labor market as well as help them build their personal branding, prepare for job interviews, and evaluate job offers.

Additionally, she’s an active individual in her community who has conducted many workshops for students, which helped them learn what academic specialization and jobs suit their vision and expectations and get to know the labor market thoroughly.

Over the past 20 years, she has worked with international companies in various sectors, including the Insurance Sector and FMCG where she diligently devoted her knowledge and experience for 14 years as Regional Manager of Human Resources in the Insurance Sector in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Egypt, Tunisia, and Pakistan as she contributed to employees engagement which helps to achieve business objectives, and the development of aspiring employees and talents.
